  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • an overview on my job is serving on the counter to customers and picking there orders they are wanting. other parts includes ringing and answering phone calls to customers and taking orders from them. also picking and packing order for customers and sending them out

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • i have learnt a lot of new skills such as telephone skills as i speak to a lot of customers on the phone and also have learnt how to serve on the counter and book out orders

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • i really enjoyed my course, the people i work with are very helpful and i get along with them well. i have learnt many skills from this and can take them on in future.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • it was organised and i had a lot of support. i had an amazing tutor who helped me when i was stuck or needed information. the work was easy to complete and i got to do voice recordings for some assignments which made it even better.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • my manager was a big help in supporting me making sure i was ok when doing my work. i was given help with the products when starting to give me a good understanding off it all.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • my tutor was supportive with my work if i was stuck on a part of my assignment i would email them and they would reply giving me some tips to write about. my attitude towards the course was good and i was dedicated the whole way through.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • it helps me on a day to day basis as i have got more confident in speaking to people over the phone and in person. i know a lot more about the company then i did when i started and have got a good understanding of the business now

  • we do staff nights out ever so often to reward us for our hard work.

  • Yes

  • it is a great company they helped me all the way through and was easy enough to do. i would easily recommend to anyone wanting to do an apprenticeship to go with these.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Learning Skills Partnership?
  • make sure you are dedicated to do you work as there can be a lot of course work.
