  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am responsible for the portfolio of customers spending between £1.5k - £25K in the East of England. I manage a team of ten employees who are field based. We have a sales and retention target that must be met periodically.

  • I have developed extended communication skills, especially during the period of covid. My apprenticeship has supported my learning and development in this area.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am thoroughly enjoying the program and understanding the therories being taught. I completely supoort this type of learning and developement as it is clear to see the impact of the application.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is very well structured with great course content. It is varied and interesting, my tutor delivers the course at a great pace and always ensured that I have a good understanding of the topics and am well equipped to apply my learnings.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer are extremely supportive in my apprenticeship and provide me with access to everything I need to complete the modules required.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My tutor is always accessible should I require support and I feel completely supported on the programme.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification has allowed me to consider different ways of working and to think differently. I have found it has enhanced my knowlege and keeps my mind open to looking at things with a different view point.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We socialise as a team and have the opportunities to network and visit different locations across the country. This is sometimes difficult as a field based team, however it is important to the business.

  • They have a great platform and structure to deliver training in the work place.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to PHS Group?
  • You will be in safe hands applying to train with these guys. Learning will be at your pace and you will be supoorted along the way to get the best from your training.
