  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It was really hard, working fulltime and doing this qualification you had put a lot of time and effort into completing the course. The feeling of passing each assignment with relief was definitely rewarding.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It was great but didn't adapt to different ways of learning, I'm dyslexic and did struggle at times. It was well organised but would have loved the opportunity to do the course in the class room rather than at home.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Support from Employer was great

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • He was happy to give extra support when needed but the way he carried out the lessons wasn't effective with my learning disability. As I did struggle and often was very overwhelmed, others in my course were fine but they didn't seem to have any learning difficulties.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    8/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Not really

  • 9a. Would you recommend PHS Group to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Great organisation where everyone is helpful and friendly. It almost gives a feeling of a family business as there are lots of individuals who have been with phs for years and hold great knowledge which is shared.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to PHS Group?
  • Make sure you are approachable and willing to interact with others around the business as this will help you in some way develop within your role and phs Group. Don't be afraid to ask for help, we all started somewhere and all striving to be the best as we can be.
