    • I look after the training for phs Group for 3000 plus employees, including new starter and tenured colleagues. Training ranges from induction, through to sales, management development, technical certificates and eLearning.

    • I am now a professional coach offering coaching to colleagues and managers around the bsuiness

    • yes lots of social events and I am part of a women in leadership forum

    • phs are fully supportive of continuous professional development and there are lots of career opportunities

    • ask about access to apprenticeships and internally led training courses - also make use of the 750 eLearning modules for personal development
