The programme has been great. The coaches are good at guiding learning and sharing their own learning journey. Course content is good and well paced. Collaborating with other apprentices has also been very valuable.
Monthly workshops with coaches and cohort, regular meetings with apprenticeship coaches, online support and additional learning resources ensured that there should be a consistent learning journey should you manage your time appropriately.
My employer has been very supportive of my learning and apprenticeship journey, with regular progress conversation and offering additional support and the appropriate time requirements to follow through on completing assignments.
The training provider coaches were available during workshops and in between workshop sessions to provide additional support in my learning journey. They provided good feedback on assignments and how/where work can be improved, encouraging a self-learning routine.
My apprenticeship and qualification has provided me with additional learning avenues to develop and broaden my data analysis skill set. I was, and still am, able to apply what I've learned to projects I'm working on.
