Leading and managing multiple sites creating a synergy. Empowering and developing our people to be the best and deliver the best, making the most of your resources and growing talent. Driving commercial best practice, maximising on growth opportunities, exercising financial and revenue management. Overseeing all business areas with an eye for detail. Ensuring brand standards are consistently delivered while utilising guest feedback to increase performance against KPI’s. Accountability for delivering the site business plan, supporting and enabling the bigger picture. Managing audit processes to a high standard.

I have become more confident in what I`ve already knew and I have developed new skills.

Very engaging, always learning new skills and knowledge that are relevant to my career progression .

My employer and line manager are very supportive of my apprenticeship journey and offer continuous support and opportunities for learning and development.

I`m already feeling more confident and my apprenticeship is helping me to develop the skills to be successful in my career aspirations.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We support GOSH and there are always fundraising activities , which bring us together in support of this great cause !
