  • A lot of new skills in terms of legal policies and companies outside of whitbread that aren’t as centralised in a lot of policies

  • Somewhat, I find it hard to balance work and apprenticeship

  • Good, clear modules and clear outcomes

  • Some, difficult to manage time within the operations part of the company when guest facing

  • Lots have a coach who will sit with us often and ensure we are on track

  • Yes

  • It’s hard work but the team usually makes it worth it, form good friendships and a lot of trust with the teams I have been part of


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Whitbread?
  • Location is key, go for busier sites as more hours
