I work in the catering business supplying healthy nutritious meals to school children. I am a middle manager supporting 20 sites. I do budgeting, invoicing, client meetings and many other tasks.
Yes both. I have been able to improve on my previous knowledge but i have also learnt many new skills and theories to use. My tutor was fantastic in supporting me through and i feel much more confident now as a manager as i look for progress further in my roll. My main barrier was confidence and having difficult conversations but i now feel much more confident and have been given the tools to use.
It was a great experience and i felt supported all the way through. I would highly recommend Babington if anyone is looking for a great provider of training where ample support is available.
The programme was really well structured and each unit followed on well from the previous one. I was able to use my learnings from each section to better support he next task. I was confident when entering the final stage of project management as i felt i was equipped with all the tools i needed.
My employer offer more than enough support and I always know where to go if in need.
All the support i needed. All i had to do was make a call or send an email and the support was there. Cant fault it.
I feel more confident in my role. I feel like i now have the knowledge base to be able to support my teams and i look forward to moving forward in my role and training future managers below me.
We have some charity events and other locally booked social gatherings.
Yes
The support is there and the course is set out really well. I felt like i really achieved something great.
Be confident in your own ability and the support is always there. Don't be afraid to ask, not matter how silly you thing the question might be
