I work for the local authority in the planning department as an admin officer, day to day i am on the front line for the members of the public, answering calls and emails.
I believe i have developed my confidence and communication within the workplace.
i enjoyed my programme, it gave me a good insight into customer service and the skills required.
The programme is well structured/organised, I have meetings regular with my instructor where he would then set the work.
I received lots of support from my employer, they were there for any questions i needed to ask.
I received enough support from my training provider, as i mentioned we often had meetings to discuss any questions. he was also excellent at replying to my emails for when i had questions.
Yes
Babington were excellent for me, they really helped me achieve my goal. It wasn't all just coursework, we had online classrooms where we got to meet others in the department.
Don't be afraid to ask questions
