Daily I interact with landlords, occupiers and councils to house vulnerable people into temporary accommodation. I have to keep in line with compliance laws so make sure my certificates are also up to date.
Many new professional skills including communication skills and problem solving as we can often deal with difficult situations that need quick efficient solutions.
