I deal with commercial costumers within childcare sector, such as nurseries, indoor play centres and childcare agencies. I am in charge of new business, renewals, Mta's, cancellations.
Since I started the apprenticeship I have gained knowledge covering the insurance market, analytical skills, attention to detail for which couldn't thank enough to my coach Robert Waldron. He is a brilliant, knowledgeable and extremely dedicated trainer. Always keeping a positive attitude and pushing you to achieve greatness.
Once completed my current programme I am definitely looking to start a new one. I have highly recommended the programme to some of my colleagues and the amazing benefits coming alongside it.
has everything organised and well structured, tailored to do not cause any stress or pressure. Especially if you have a really busy month at work, he will be there supporting and adjusting your learning plan to match your availability. Simply a 10 out of 10.
My employer is fantastic, always respecting and fully supporting my learning journey. Even when I had to cover for one of my colleagues and was clashing with my study day, they always made sure I had an allocated day to catch up with my studies/learning.
I am receiving full support, if anything is unclear apart from our meetings, I am only an email away from contacting and ask for guidance or assistance . The response is prompt, detailed and professional.
My communication skills and adaptability when talking to customers or underwriters has improved immensely. Having the confidence and waste knowledge about insurance and the heads of cover specific for each business and being able to differentiate the needs and demands of each customers, is the fine line between quality and average service.
I have been taking part into Association of Indoor Play Expo and coming up the NMT Awards that will help me display my insurance knowledge and gain potential new customers.
