I work with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. This involves conducting interviews, reviewing documentation, and observing processes.

  • Yes, I have learned a few new skills and developed existing skills in my role as a business analyst.I have learned how to use data analysis tools to better understand requirements and evaluate options. I have developed my communication skills so that I can more effectively communicate with stakeholders.

  • I enjoy my programme to a great extent. I find the content to be challenging but also rewarding. I also enjoy the community of learners in the programme. I have met some great people, and I have learned a lot from them. We have been able to support each other through the challenges of the programme, and we have celebrated our successes together.

  • I think my programme is very well-organized and structured. The content is delivered in a logical order, and the learning objectives are clear. The instructors have done a great job of creating a learning environment that is both challenging and supportive. I am very happy with the organisation of my programme. I feel like it is a well-structured and well-organised programme that will help me to achieve my career goals.

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer. I have a mentor who is a senior business analyst, and I can always go to him for advice. I also have access to a variety of resources, such as training courses, online forums, and technical documentation. I have access to technical documentation. This documentation helps me to understand the technical aspects of the projects that I work on.

  • The support that I receive from my training provider is excellent. I have access to a variety of resources. My mentor is a senior business analyst who is always available to answer my questions and provide me with advice. The learning management system (LMS) provides me with access to all of the course materials, including videos, readings, and assessments.

  • I feel that my qualification through my training provider has helped me to perform better in my role. the qualification has given me a strong foundation in the principles and practices of business analysis. This has helped me to better understand the needs of my stakeholders and to develop solutions that meet those needs.

  • Yes, there are a number of extra-curricular activities that employees can get involved in at my work. We have team building events that are designed to help employees build stronger relationships with their colleagues. There are several sport to get involved in. we have football, baseball, golf, football and even chess.
