My role includes dealing with customers face to face , serving food and drinks to a correct spec and ensuring they have a great experience when they visit our venue. I also train new starters
I have learned a lot about the legislation that needs to be followed to run a successful catering business and also the many different styles of hospitality there are!
I enjoy learning new things however being in the job for so long it’s quite difficult to find something new to learn and log it on my journal
Very well organised every 5 weeks we check in with the advisors/ coaches
My employer supports me the best they can it’s very hard to have me learn new things on the job due to my experience
Very supportive if I had any questions or if I was having an off day! No question was a stupid question
It has helped me a lot as I am now more confident in my knowledge of the regulations and it made me think of different ways to incorporate different service styles into my service
Not really but I’d like to
Yes
It’s a great place to work, great pay and great benefits
Be yourself and be open to learning!
