I work on the bar and floor on a daily basis providing customers with great customer experience serving food and a lot of different range of drink and food such as lots of different pub classics

Yeah I gives me time to work and have a social life

Very well I get a lot of experience from my manager colleagues and team member at lifetime

So much support especially when it comes to something I’m unsure about

I have monthly check ins where they come to the pub and see how my work is coming along and see if I am struggling with anything at all

I have learnt more about the industry
