Restaurant Supervisor - manage the team, supervise the floor, opening and closing the tills and the system.
Yes.
I really enjoyed learning from my trainer, who was very knowledgable and experienced.
Could be better. Some of the activities on ‘mylife’ were quite pointless…
I received a lot of help from my AM and GM.
A received a lot. I even called her and email her when we did not have meetings and she was always very happy to help.
I definitely learnt a lot of things I was not aware before - specially about business and legislation.
No that I am aware, but we do organise a Christmas party every year.
Yes
I think GK is a very good company to work for. I am very grateful I’ve been supported by the furlough scheme and GK for almost a year and a half. However, I think the pay per hour/salary should be higher (specially in London). It’s not a living wage.
Just be hardworking and LOVE what you are doing. Care for your job and your colleagues and you’ll be rewarded ?
