My job as a team leader is to manage the team making sure that they are performing to highest level they can and that they are doing their jobs with the business brand standards and make sure that the business is running smoothly and that the customers are having the best experience possible

I have I have learned how to be better and more confident leader which definitely helps when leading a team

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my program a lot as it’s really helped me to be a better leader I always struggles with confidence and this had really helped with that

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

My program is very well structured I have no difficulty finding things on it and if I do need any help with anything they are quick to assist me

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer every time I ask them for help they are always quick to help me

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support from my training provider everytime I need help they respond so quickly

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It feel it helps me by giving me more knowledge which in term helps me be more confident in myself and my role

I would recommend this company because they go above and beyond to help and support you in your corse and you role nothing is too much hasstle

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Greene King?

I would advise them to put time aside each day to get some work done so that you don’t get behind on your work because it’s so hard to catch up when you do
