I’m a team leader that runs the kitchen how my kitchen manager would. I help with stock counts and complete food orders as well as leading the team in a correct manner.
How to lead a team, how to manage people, how to manage the stock ands complete competent food orders.
It was a good experience and I’m hoping to carry on.
It was well organised even during COVID.
My kitchen manger is great with whatever I need to do.
Quite a lot, their phone is always on for a call of guidance if needed.
I think it was very insightful, however I was doing the role in the first place.
