  • I’m a team leader that runs the kitchen how my kitchen manager would. I help with stock counts and complete food orders as well as leading the team in a correct manner.

  • Quite a lot, their phone is always on for a call of guidance if needed.

  • I think it was very insightful, however I was doing the role in the first place.
