the advantages of doing this course is that you can use what you do everyday and incorporate into your coursework or discussions. enjoy learning different ways to use this information and how much of it goes towards your learning.
yes, i think the biggest for me is now to be calmer when dealing with situations. Listen before jumping into things
I preferred meeting face to face, but totally understand with the pandemic that is not feasible. however doing the meeting via teams is still accessible.
