I over see the day to day operation of a busy warehouse and the distribution network of our region of the home counties, i am responable for 8 staff and I am responsible for its smooth running
I have learned many new skills and i am really glad i did the course
It has made me a better manager and helped me run the warehouse better
It was ok, i had to most of it distanced because of covid but it has been very well organised.
Hardly any, i have done all of the work for my course in my own time.

There was zero support from the company on my curse a lot of senior management were not even aware I was doing the course until I told them
It is not a bad company to work for
