  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • My apprenticeship experience on the training programme has been a great learning opportunity. Although I was a bit apprehensive at first it didn't take long to apply modules I had been learning in my academic programme to the real world skills such as leadership and how to deal with my team and customers.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme was faily well organised, if you understood it. I had a delivery model but it made little sence, and all thought the programme I felt like I was in the dark. Each month it was like a new surprise some good and some not so.. Could have done with an enhanced model. I think i could explain better to somebody what was expected of them.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I have struggled alot though this apprenticeship as I had very little support from my managers do to their location, although they did say I could contact them anytime. And there was no go to person on site to help me with my studies or research. Towards the end of my apprenticeship I had a change of management and my new manager couldn't have been more helpful, but by then I had already reached the mock assesment stage and all the work was done.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I received alot of support from my trainer during my apprenticeship, I could not of asked for a better one. He was always there when I needed him and answered my calls quickly. He was so patient and reasuring and had great confidence in me. Unfortunately he left towards the end of my training and I was assigned a new one after a two month break, but there was only a little left to do then before my mock assessments.

  • I have learnt alot about the company I work for and how they operate and fit into the bigger picture.
