  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is very well structured and organised. We had a good induction process and the timescales of the entire programme were made clear at the beginning. There is an online hub to access all of our learning and we have regular support from a mentor. There are regular webinars and they are always recorded if we are unable to attend.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are on occasion extra-curricular activities. Although stemmed by the pandemic there were social groups we also have opportunities to attend professional networking events. Even during the pandemic the organisation made sure there were opportunities to connect and socialise with colleagues through virtual meetings and events. These are starting to increase post pandemic.
