To manage the overall workings in the kitchen of a pub restaurant location, with duties including food ordering and stock management using prep and par levels, managing the team effectively through rotas and section placement and maintain high brand standard throughout my own work and through that of the entire kitchen team to deliver perfection to guests at every turn.
Learnt a few new methods of managing the team effectively from processing new starters to retraining existing team through peer to peer coaching and available Greene King courses
