Serving customers to a high standard making sure everything runs smoothly and quickly being friendly to customers and dealing with any problems that might arise
Learnt how to deal with awkward situations better and how to handle difficult customers and how to deal with unfortunate situations that can arise in the workplace
Enjoyed it enough to think about starting the next one before even got my certificates
Pretty well but if you do get stuck you have amazing mentors to help you out but think also depends on your bosses too
As much support as you need they do expect you to do well and will push for you to go further in your career too which is really good
Always on hand whenever you need to speak to them you could message late at night and always get back to you first thing unless in meetings
It makes you want to prove you can do your job better and aim for higher things

I have already brought in 3 new members of staff because they are a fair company and will help you progress wages are alright and if you treat the bosses with respect you get respect back
Go in be yourself but if you do find something hard or your not sure speak up don't struggle on they are a good company to work for and will help you get qualifications along your journey
