My role as a front of house staff can range from working behind the bar, delivering food/drink to tables, taking ordered, cleaning tables and taking payments.
Throughout 2020 we developed our table service skills. We then also had COVID training for safety measures.
I enjoy it as it helps me develop more skills that will make my job easier and make my service better
My programme is very structured and organised all my work is throughly explained before doing it and everything is very well structured.
I receive a great amount of support from my manager at work who I can ask for any help or information that I cannot find online.
I receive a lot of support during our virtual visits and if I were to have any questions or anything I can contact [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] and he will respond straight away with information that may help me.
I think it helps a lot as it has helped me develop more skills that means I can give a greater level of service to customers.

Greene king have been amazing to work for during COVID and have looked after all of their staff not only in work but during closure aswell. They have taken every precaution necessary to keep us all safe.
Do your research on the brand and their practices before interviews and be yourself, being a friendly happy face for the customers to see is a must have.
