  • Helping the general manager run the pub on a daily basis. Stock counts, opening and closes and managing the team and helping meet guests needs.

  • It was okay! Very stressful when I was at work, trying to find the balance to do the work.

  • It was abit all over the place, but I finally completed it.

  • Gave me knowledge, such as what needs to be on a menu, different leadership styles etc.

  • Helping set up Macmillan coffee mornings, breakfast with santa.

  • They have been amazing during the lockdown period. It really is one of the best companies to be part of.
