Health and safety practices. Running the shift, coaching and training staff. Guests satisfaction. P&L, rota planning.
It was mainly developed skills I learned or am learning on the job.
I really like it. Managed to develop a good relationship with my tutor and to plan the visits around my need. Very convenient.
As said above. Mine was very organised and we were able to move ahead of schedule because of that.
Apprenticeships are taken seriously in GK, so when it comes to support I got all I need.
My tutor was fantastic. I got all the support and guidance I needed while working towards my qualifications.
It give a bit of weight to the position I am holding within the company.
We work closely with the McMillan charity. And with them we organised loads of social activities.
