taking orders, serving drinks, preparing deserts, cleaning, making hot drinks, cash handling, line checks,
learnt to change barrels, line checks, new style of coffee machine, new desserts, learnt about gin
enjoy it very much, learnt some interesting stuff.
very well organised. get an email each session with key points and what to do for next time, always available if i need any help with anything. new tutor - transitioned to him very easily.
a lot of support. always on hand if i have any questions and takes an interest in what im studying each time.

helps me to understand about different roles and what different jobs entail . feel more confident in that i do actually know what im doing
used to have a pool team but not anymore, have had a couple of nights out and stayed behind for drinks together after work.
