  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The programme with Lifetime has been great. The way it's laid out is clear and the systems make it easy to find the work that needs to be done and the portal lets me reflect on this and my manager can see where I am up to so that he can support as well. The trainers from Lifetime are brilliant, always making sure that the work is done but also using their own experiences to help me understand.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is really well structured. From the start I knew when I was meeting the trainer and I always knew what was expected. I knew about end point assessment from the start and this was always mentioned in the reviews so that I knew what I was working towards.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My manager Will is very supportive. He has supported my project idea and shown me where to find sales reports and is really helpful in teaching me to understand them. He's also very supportive if I've needed time off for personal reasons and making sure that I know I can tell him what's going on.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The support is pretty much 24/7 with the FUSE and portal systems. I can use these all the time but also if I email my trainer he gets back to me the same day making sure I understand. I have always known that I can call my trainer for support and get extra visits if needed. I really enjoy the programme.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • When not in work we do tend to get together and have a drink or go bowling. It really helps the team work together. I watch the sport and like to have a small bet on football. Sometimes the team get involved with a fantasy football league as well. Staff parties are 3x per year which are always good fun.
