I am a HR Administrator, my roles vary from distributing vouchers to creating ID Badges. Every day is a different day and I enjoy my role I receive a lot of training from my colleagues as they helped me when I did not know what to do. I have my own responsibilities that include special projects to release vouchers in a nice way.
I have learnt a lot of stuff I did not know how to do before. I have learnt a lot about the business and how it works and that the care industry is a hard industry.
I enjoy it a lot as every day is a different day.
I feel very valued as my team is brilliant and friendly they always give a helping hand if needed.
In my opinion it is very organized as they have it all set out for you before you even start.
At the moment we do not currently have a training provided as we are switching to a different company.
I receive a lot of support form my employer as they are friendly and always have a smile on there face.
They meet my costs well. I get my bus pass money returned as they pay up to £500 in travel costs. The pay is good and the hours are amazing.
There are many opportunities out side of work. We have away days and visit different care homes and experience the business from different perspective's.
