  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am a HR Administrator, my roles vary from distributing vouchers to creating ID Badges. Every day is a different day and I enjoy my role I receive a lot of training from my colleagues as they helped me when I did not know what to do. I have my own responsibilities that include special projects to release vouchers in a nice way.

  • I have learnt a lot of stuff I did not know how to do before. I have learnt a lot about the business and how it works and that the care industry is a hard industry.

  • I enjoy it a lot as every day is a different day.

  • I feel very valued as my team is brilliant and friendly they always give a helping hand if needed.

  • In my opinion it is very organized as they have it all set out for you before you even start.

  • At the moment we do not currently have a training provided as we are switching to a different company.

  • I receive a lot of support form my employer as they are friendly and always have a smile on there face.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • They meet my costs well. I get my bus pass money returned as they pay up to £500 in travel costs. The pay is good and the hours are amazing.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • There are many opportunities out side of work. We have away days and visit different care homes and experience the business from different perspective's.

  • 9. Would you recommend Anchor Trust to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because it is a perfect place to work. The hours are great the location is good and other colleagues are very friendly and always smile. You get a lot of support in your work and you receive a lot of trainging suited to your role.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Anchor Trust?
  • I would tell them to try thee hardest because the opportunities are outstanding and the career progression is there it is just what is suited to you best.
