  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I thoroughly enjoy working at Adecco. My team mates are extremely welcoming and patient. They help me with anything I need no matter how big or small. The workload is not too strenuous, it's doable but still gets you thinking. Overall, I have found the Adecco group to have exceeded my expectations of having an apprenticeship. It's a brilliant combination of working, earning, and having fun.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Adecco Group?
  • When working at the Adecco group, we have various one to ones with our team leaders. They tell you what you're doing well and what you could improve on. this makes me feel valued because I'm getting recognition and appraisal on the things I do well as well as extra support on the things I need help on.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The overall structure of my apprenticeship is very organised. The induction was well planned, training was consistent, and we're given specific days we can do our coursework on. However, the training provider is a problem since they always cancel meetings which can mess up my schedule at times.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • I barely receive any support from my training advisor. They constantly cancel appointments. Even when they do show up the meetings are so short I can barely get a question in. When I email with a general enquiry, It can take weeks for me to get an answer, and when I manage to ask a question about coursework, they fail to explain what the task requires.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive the most support from my employers and team mates. They consistently give me guidance and train me in any task until I am completely comfortable with doing it myself. Even if I have a question about my coursework they will try to help. My team leader is also very good at giving support. They tell me my successes and how I can improve at the tasks I am struggling at

    10/10

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • The salary covers my costs very well. I can comfortably pay for my travel costs (e.g. Bus/train pass) every month without hassle. I can also afford to go out with friends a lot of the times during the month

    10/10

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • I don't feel as if I have been exposed to many opportunities outside of work. There is an annual Adecco group conference however, I couldn't go to it as I am currently under 18. We occasionally have a team day out on special occasions.

    6/10

  • 9. Would you recommend Adecco Group to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • The people are extremely helpful and friendly. They're always willing to help and you're guaranteed to get the training you require. The salary is also good since it is way above the apprenticeship minimum wage. It's overall an extremely good place to work.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Adecco Group?
  • The interview and assessment process was rather laid back. My advice would be to be confident and always voice your opinion. It's a good start into your career if you've recently come out of education.
