  • work as a chef at greene king hungry horse prepping, making food for customers following health and safety procedures for a safe work environment


  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • learnt the different cutting techniques and the correct health and safety procedures for a safe environment. how to close down correctly and efficiently.


  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • i enjoy it a lot i learn at a pace suited to me and have learnt a lot in a fairly short amount of time.


  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • its organised in a way that makes it easy to follow and keep up with and its structured in a way that you arent learning too many different things at once.


  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • they support me really well with meetings but due to the circumstances probably doing a bit more hours than i would like for the course work I'm doing.


  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • they really help with organising the work and allowing me to work at my own pace.


  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • allows me to understand why I'm doing different things and the procedures i use in the work place

  • no not really
