  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My line manager has been really supportive and also inputted being open and honest about the apprenticeship skills scan, by making me aware that not all skills have been met when the last exam is within a month. This then enabled conversations with my apprenticeship supervisor to what action can be taken.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My supervisor has been really supportive, with timely responses by message, emails and calls. I did find the tutors at First Intuition vary with each exam, therefore the level of support also varied. However when faced with a less supportive/ unresponsive tutor for after class materials or feedback on marked answers, they were able to source another tutor who were helpful.
