  • I love my job as a member representative however I feel as though I am never given enough time to complete my studies, I am concerned about falling behind.

  • I have learned about regulations relating to banking and data protection.

  • I love my training coach, she is a great rolemodel however I feel as though due to staffing levels it has affected my ability to enjoy the programme

  • Sadly due to staffing levels it is impossible to get my allocated time.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • In terms of support I feel as though the higher ups and Nationwide moved me to a smaller branch with less staff which really impacts my ability to get work completed on time.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • As mentioned previously, I cannot fault Tess, she is so kind and supportive and a really great leader.

  • I feel as though my career progression with both experience and a qualification under my belt with further help my future career prospects.
