1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am solely responsible for a 65 room hotel and 12 person housekeeping team. This includes check ins, setting the day up correctly, health and safety and night shifts.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have learnt a lot about hospitality and management. Also a lot about initiative due to being the only appointed member on site at any given time.

I have enjoyed it a lot, my coach has helped me be more relaxed and enjoy more.

Very organised and structured.

10/10 has every answer for every question and picks me up when I’m feeling demotivated.

10/10 always there when I need help.

It opens me up to a lot of solutions and helps separate personal feelings from work situations.
