I have learnt many new skills to better futher my understanding of customer service and the best ways to help improve my business.
I have enjoyed the experience of learning through the online courses and with my mentor.
Very easy to follow structure and has clearly set out deadlines for each task
I receive support from my employer to complete each task for my apprenticeship
I have received so much support from my trainer Alex, who is always helping to push me to do better and has a very friendly and calm way of teaching with I appreciate.
It will help me to ensure I am always giving the best service I can to customers.
I get involved with planning and note taking in team meetings to help the company and teams work better together.
