  • Very easy to follow structure and has clearly set out deadlines for each task

  • I receive support from my employer to complete each task for my apprenticeship

  • I have received so much support from my trainer Alex, who is always helping to push me to do better and has a very friendly and calm way of teaching with I appreciate.

  • It will help me to ensure I am always giving the best service I can to customers.
