  • Since starting my apprenticeship, I have developed and aquired many skills. Having hosted and manned various talking events, I am now confident in public speaking and presenting which was one of my weak points when I first joined. I also have an understanding of the recruitment process and candidate lifecycle, competently shortlisting and assessing applicants.
