  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • – It gave me to understand what personal skills and qualities to makes me gain my service and to be successful with the workforce and community. It also helps me feel adequate to build my core values to build active job reports, assign each candidate from HireVue, formatted 6 job roles on the careers site and internally, assisted in preparing the agenda and the team shout-outs for the Team Huddle presentation and formatted several shortlists into an Excel spreadsheet for my Team. There are also professional skills I had been trained to posting jobs to make sure these job descriptions had to be accurate and advertised externally via LinkedIn Recruiter, create an advertisement, and promote a new job role to be recruited via LinkedIn and check the recruitment inbox to make sure to respond to each candidate once a day. In terms of personal skills, I think I have learnt how to communicate effectively with the team and my manager. I also learned how to provide input and ideas in team meetings, as well as creating PowerPoint presentations and giving presentations to the team. I learned how to work in a busy office environment, as well working remotely, and I am still learning how to deal with e-mails and prioritise my tasks.

  • I am also learning the importance of asking for help from my fellow team members when I have a problem. I am also learning to manage my Outlook calendar and make sure I attend the right meetings and accept or decline meeting invites.
