My role is broker support, which involves processing OpenTwins, editing marketing sheets, editing/creating slips.
I have learned more about how to use excel to speed up processes of working out equations, this is a new skill I have developed as I had not had much previous experience of excel. I also feel more confident with my email etiquette.
I am really enjoying my apprenticeship. I enjoy the work and my colleagues, they are all supportive.
My programme is structured well. I know when and which tasks are due and also when my exams are due.
I receive a good amount of support from my employer. They allow me the time to study and complete tasks necessary for my apprenticeship and they also are supportive and recognise my needs.
I receive plenty of support from my training provider when working towards my qualification. My coach is very 'on the ball' when it comes to me completing my tasks in a timely manner and also has been very helpful with the processing of my exam provisions.
I think it has little impact on helping me to perform better in my job role. Certain but very few tasks on aptem have been able to provide me with additional knowledge
