  • I work with my team and make sure everything is running smoothly. This could mean that I am chasing the market or sorting out slips/endorsements. I work with different team members and complete different tasks.

  • I feel I have learnt specific skills such as, a better understanding on laptops (systems and processes), communication skills and also time managment. These skills have been devloped through every-day tasks.

  • I am enjoying this programme as it is enabling me to learnt information that helps me to broaden my knowledge which helps with my evry day job role.

  • The programme is well organised and there are certain tasks in certain months for completion. This helps with time managment. Alongside this, the structure is good as it is set over a period of time rather than all in one go.

  • I have recived lots of support from my employer. This is done through asking different members or completing tasks given to me. This helps with understanding and learning more about the industry.

  • I recieve lots of support from my team and coach in order to achieve my qualifications. This is done through workshops and different resources which help me to understand specific topics.

  • I feel the training helps me as it provides me with information and knowledge which links with my every day job role. This is provided by the training provider.
