  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The program is really good as i think it is a very friendly environment especially with the other apprentices as we all get along and do a lot of team building activities. I also think that the direct management is really helpful as my boss is there to help at any time needed.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Overall there is full structure of what is needed in the apprenticeship and the steps that are taken are quite detailed month to month through the outside program, however i would say that there has been times where a few of the steps are a little complicated or confusing regarding the tasks near end of the apprenticeship.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My manager is great at helping with as much as he can when we need it which helps us develop our knowledge within the company while also helping us to pass our exams, we have regular meetings as a team and individually to ensure everything is going well and to see if there is anything needed to help us in the future.
