Creating and setting slips including the wordings, creating the Evidence of Covers and Loading the risks onto the system to allow them to be processed.
Developed in IT skills learning how to effectively use the systems as well as communication skills both within the company and outside of the company with networking events.
I definely enjoy the programme it has strongly helped with my confidence.
It is very well structured with regular meetings both within my teams as well as with my apprentice coach for the learning side.
I do recieve quite a lot of support, with the people within my team always being mindful if I have something to do with the apprentice/learning aspect whilst also giving me the ability and responsibility to work how they do.
I do recieve quite a lot of support with the workshops for each exam as well as the empower development as well as having the regular updates and chats so I know they are always there if I need them.
It allows me to understand everything more in depth as well as allowing me to network outside of the company better as I understand what their companies do.
I am a part of the Netball team but there is also a football team, as well as regular networking events and talks at Lloyds that I attend.

As it is a very stable company and industry as well as getting a lot of support with everything.
Be yourself and do not think you have to fit into a mold to be within this company, ensure that you are talking to everyone and making connections as well as this will strongly help in this industry
