My role is broker support. I help with creating, amending and uploading risks. I work closely with the broker on my team to make sure that their risks are uploaded onto the system.
I have learnt the correct process when getting a risk signed down. Also learnt the importance of compliance and how there are many things you need to take note of when dealing with sensitive data.
I have been provided with lots of help and support and resources to help me.
They have provided me with an easy way to communicate with someone if i need anything. Also have been provided with many online resources that will aid me through my online tasks.
