Setting up risks onto the company system so they can be processed for premiums to be paid. Also create Evidance of Covers for the contracts to be sent to the clients. Create Loss ratio balances on programmes to be shown to clients/Markets. Help draft contracts.
Developed communication skills and IT skills
I enjoy the programme a lot
The programme is structured well. Having regular meetings with my manager and coach to see how i am getting on and i always have something to learn
I recieve a good amount of support.
A recieve the right amount as i have reqular catch ups but its not too much and i can manage my work and learning well
I think the learning has helped me a lot as i am learning new skills/knowledge everyday that i can apply to my role
Yes there are, I go out with my team as well as the other apprentices for social events
