As a funeral service manager I am responsible for the front of house operations, being a role model to colleagues and ensuring we maintain our high standards that we are renown for.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The level 5 management / senior management apprenticeship has been extremely good. I have learnt lots, way too much to go over (learning styles, finance, project management etc). I would highly recommend this to anyone who wishes to progress into management and further.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme was very well structured and Nic from Hit Training was superb!

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I am responsible for ensuring I manage my time effectively. I have been given lots of support to help me through my apprenticeship.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Nic from Hit Training has been exceptional in supporting and delivering my apprenticeship.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has reinforced points that I already knew and I have learned lots that I would not normally be exposed to.

Ensure you are committed to looking after your colleagues, clients and customers and make that your focus. Coop is owned by the members, for the members.
