  • Managing food safety, quality and legality of coop own brand products. A mixture of admin tasks, meetings, product panels and supplier visits.

  • Yes lots - mainly around the technical aspects of the role and developed my people and leadership skills.

  • Very much enjoy the programme

  • Well structured - my coop learnings relate nicely to my university learnings. I sometimes find that a lot of the uni assignments were due for submission around the same time which made it hard to manage but Co-op have been fully supportive and always made sure that uni was my priority.

  • A lot - more than I could ask for

  • Not really - I do think the network of apprentices at the coop could be better
