  • Providing administration and interview services for Co-op, including role advertisement, screening, processing of offers and right to work documentation, carrying out telephone interviews, adhering to company resourcing policies.

  • Dealing with high volume of queries in a consistent manner, building relationships with senior stakeholders, adherence to employment law requirements.

  • Enjoy being able to develop new skills and stretch existing skills to meet my long term aim of gaining a recognised HR qualification

  • Well structured, regular check-ins with trainer and line manager, able to be flexible with deadlines.

  • Given plenty of support, including check-ins, time for on-the-job learning and task completions, input into supporting completion of apprenticeship.

  • Regular support when needed, trainer has regular check-ins planned and is readily available for support by email when needed.

  • Allows me to build knowledge and gain experience in a structured way, to ensure that target areas are met in a manner that doesn't overwhelm.
