    • The right level, not too much but they are there when I need help

    • The right amount as well, doesn't feel overbearing but they are there when I ask for help.

    • I have found that my learning enables me to have better more meaningful discussions around impact of projects as well as better tools to plan and manage them

    • A values oriented organisation with lots of people who are there to support you.

    • Prepare you interview questions and don't forget to use the STAR model when giving examples.
