  • PMO Analyst - managing mailboxes, running reports, onboarding and offboarding, admin

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Communication between university and employer is lacking, was not assigned a in work mentor with weekly meetings. Was given support with some of my assignments when taken into my own hands, little known about the structure of the degree by management

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The time lines for deadlines run too close together, submitting an assignment for a module on a sunday night, and starting a new module on the monday morning. Does not correlate with my organisation as much as I thought it would.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Not as much as initially promised. Assigned a buddy in my first week but they did not stay in touch with me. Only when I raised this issue was support offered.

  • Could be better with more in person drop ins.

  • As mentioned above, not a lot correlates with my role, however it does apply to the organisation.

  • Yes

  • good salary, great benefits, they do great work in the industries they operate
