  • I enjoy the freedom it provides me, the Uni course is engaging and not too intense for your workload. Work is rotational so you never get stuck on a project for too long.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Uni provides open communication in terms of structure, they will set out week by week the topics and you can easily catch up on missed work. At work every 6 months the program will change, this is a set organised process and runs smoothly.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Usually any worries or concerns are covered in a 1 to 1 session, this can be with many of the contacts you're provided with, making you feel heard. These concerns are usually met with compassion and empathy.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Usually when we need time to work on our assignments, we will be given time away from our project responsibilities and allowed to focus on our uni work.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It provides us with a degree without the debt that comes with traditional degrees, reducing the stress related to paying the degree back.

  • There is a network called the Sports and Social Club which allows you to mingle with people from all offices, which you can pick and choose which events interest you.
