  • yes, developing behaviours as well as best practice, time management as well as getting the most out of my own development

  • really enjoy it, if feels good to come away every session with new knowledge but also my job is allowing me to build a portfolio of evidence that will align me to an industry and career.

  • very, great platform to use as well, i know deadlines and learnings very accessable

  • alot, they are encouraging me to find my speciality and under take an apprenticeship.

  • my trainer and allocated contact is super helpful and supportive, always on hand if something is not clear.

  • im really confident that i can perform better but also have opportunity for bigger roles in the future.

  • yes, lots of networking. and as individual teams you do alot of face to face meetings and involvment.
